especially since one of us lives out of state. When other realtors were telling us otherwise, Alli knew how to price it to sell quickly without having to take cuts in price later like we saw other similar properties doing. There weren't any recent comps to help price it but because she knows the market this wasn't an issue. She was able to look past at how much work was needed to be done and saw the potential of the property. She really was selling the home's potential more than anything. She had our best interests and knew when to push back on unusual conditions requested by the buyers agent. She is familiar with Muirfield HOA requirements, which was helpful and guided us on what baseline repairs we needed to make before we went to market. Alli understood that it was also an emotional sale for us because we were selling our mom's home of 40 years.
